Marketing Associate – Salary circa £35,000 to £40,000

This role is perfect for someone with experience in planning and delivering campaigns, who’s ready to take ownership and drive results. If you’ve worked in marketing before and want to step into a role where your ideas shape the future of workplace pensions, this could be for you. 

A bit about the job: 

You’ll design and deliver marketing campaigns that help us achieve our Workplace Pensions goals. From thought leadership, to brand-building initiatives, you’ll deliver marketing initiatives that resonate and engage employers and advisers. Working across a team of six, you’ll collaborate with broader Customer & Marketing experts and use agile ways of working to make every initiative count. Expect variety – from events and webinars to social and digital campaigns – all aimed at creating standout experiences and strong trading outcomes, working in close partnership of our Workplace Distribution team.  

Skills and experience we’re looking for: 

  • Strong understanding and experience of B2B marketing media, channels, tools, techniques and performance metrics 

  • Proven ability to deliver campaigns on time and within budget 

  • Experience with marketing processes and agile ways of working 

  • Awareness of financial promotions and regulatory requirements 

  • Familiarity with marketing software (Adobe experience is a bonus)

  • Salary circa £35,000-£40,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
