A bit about the job

• You’ll lead our Mid-Market Team in Belfast, reporting to the Branch Manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland.

• This team works closely with brokers to deliver outstanding service and drive growth.

• Your role will be to inspire, develop, and support your team to achieve strong performance.

• You’ll also collaborate across the business to champion innovation and continuous improvement.

Skills and experience we’re looking for

• Proven experience in team leadership or management, ideally in a mid-market setting.

• Ability to build strong relationships and motivate others.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in an insurer or broker environment is preferred

• Knowledge of the Belfast market.
