Starting Salary: c £40,000 to c. £50,000 Depending on skills and experience
Location: Norwich or Perth with 50% office attendance
It's an exciting time to join Aviva's personal lines business. After a period of strong profitable growth, we're now looking to push on with an ambitious change agenda to continue to grow our market position.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the PCW Motor customer improvements pipeline through to delivery working closely with a dedicated change squad, the rest of the trading team, and with various teams across the business. You will be creating a roadmap, scoping, designing, and delivering changes, that result in better customer and commercial outcomes, as well as meet our regulatory requirements.
A bit about the job
You’ll be accountable for designing and delivering change initiatives across PCW Motor, covering Aviva Online, Quote Me Happy and General Accident products. Working collaboratively across Personal Lines, you’ll shape and secure sign-off for solutions that deliver strong customer and commercial outcomes.
You’ll lead a virtual change squad, defining solutions, setting test criteria, and prioritising builds and testing on a day-to-day basis.
The role also involves proactively identifying and managing risks, working with relevant stakeholders to mitigate and prevent issues, and owning the end-to-end sign-off process through Documentum and associated governance forums to ensure changes are approved and ready to go live.
Skills and Experience we’re looking for:
- A customer centric approach
- Experience of proposition / product development, including high profile deliveries
- Proven track record of implementing and driving change
- Good understanding of marketing & product in the insurance sector
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Starting salary between c £40,000 to c. £50,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
