Location: Norwich, Perth or Worthing based (50% hybrid working)

Salary: circa £29,000

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys managing accounts, solving complex queries, and thrives in a fast-paced international environment. You may be stepping up from a customer service, operations, or finance role, or already have experience handling broker relationships. If you’re confident working independently, excel at building strong partnerships, and want to make a real impact in a global team this could be the ideal next step for you. Being aligned to manage and oversee one of the international Broker or various Network Partner relationships you will be responsible for the Multinational and Pan European business lines working in close partnership with the Accounts Receivable Team to resolve any queries raised relating to policy premiums as well as payment reconciliation.

A bit about the job: 

You’ll join our Multinational Team, facilitating an efficient customer journey through managing payments for our international insurance policies. Your mission will be to manage accounts from submission right through to renewal, ensuring data accuracy and completeness at every stage. You’ll act as a key contact for brokers and stakeholders, maintaining alignment and effective communication to keep processes running smoothly. In addition, you’ll serve as a referral and escalation point for complex operational queries. Risk awareness and meticulous attention to detail will be essential, as you help drive operational excellence across our global business. 

Skills and experience we’re looking for: 

• Strong planning and organisational skills 

• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of decisions 

• Confident communicator, adept at handling complex queries and building relationships with brokers and stakeholders 

• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and completeness 

• Demonstrated data literacy, with proven ability in data management and data analysis to support decision-making and process improvement 

• A team player who supports colleagues and can deputise for management when needed
