Pension Administrator
Location: Dublin, Cherrywood
We’re looking for a Pensions Administrator to join our Pensions Administration team in Dublin, where you’ll take full ownership of a portfolio and help us deliver an exceptional service to our customers and brokers. You’ll work closely with our administration partners to ensure we meet all service, regulatory and quality standards while keeping customers at the heart of everything you do. You’ll bring structure, pace and a solution‑focused mindset to a fast‑moving area of the business. Duties & Experiences:
- Manage work queues effectively, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on time and in line with service expectations.
- Build strong relationships with internal colleagues, administration partners and Financial Brokers to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Demonstrate consistent task ownership, using a proactive and solution‑focused approach to resolve issues.
- Monitor and validate all risk events, ensuring they are captured and managed in line with internal procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with the Pensions Act, CPC requirements and all relevant internal frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of the pensions environment, with an understanding of the regulatory and legislative framework.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging at all levels.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and a focus on delivering good customer outcomes.
- Skilled in planning and time management, with the ability to work to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to build positive relationships quickly.
- High energy, attention to detail and a passion for providing great service.
