We’re looking for a Pensions Team Leader to join our Pensions Administration team and play a key role in delivering strong outcomes for our customers and broker partners. This leadership role gives you full ownership of a pensions administration portfolio, with responsibility for service delivery, team performance and regulatory excellence. You’ll work closely with our administration partners and internal teams to ensure operations run smoothly and customer queries are resolved with pace and clarity. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and support a team of Pensions Administrators, ensuring strong performance, engagement and development.
  • Manage workflow and resources to ensure work queues are prioritised, monitored and completed accurately and on time.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex queries, providing clear guidance and driving positive customer and broker outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence across the team.
  • Monitor and manage risk rigorously, ensuring all risk events, breaches and regulatory obligations (Pensions Act, CPC, Consumer Duty) are met.

Skills & Experiences:

  • Strong pensions knowledge across ARF, annuity, pre‑retirement and post‑retirement products, with a clear understanding of the regulatory landscape.
  • Leadership capability with proven experience coaching, motivating and developing people.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with a solution‑focused and customer‑driven mindset.
  • Effective planning and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High energy, resilience and a collaborative approach, with a passion for improving processes and enhancing customer outcomes.
