We have a fantastic opportunity for a career driven individual to join our retirement solutions team in our Dublin Cherrywood office as a Pension Claims Administrator.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn new skills and further your experience in a vibrant and challenging life, pensions environment. This is a Monday- Friday role at our Dublin Cherrywood office with Hybrid working available.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for vetting and completion of full, partial and maturity claims and transfers.
  • Liaise with our offshore team in relation to any errors which have been identified and ensure corrective action is taken.
  • Adhere to all steps involved in order to prevent money laundering and financial crime.
  • Deal with Customer complaints and log appropriately.
  • Prioritise and manage your own workload to meet the varying needs of customers/Brokers.
  • To operate within the payments out delegated authorities.

Skills & Experience:

  • QFA Qualification required or working towards preferably, but not required.
  • Previous Insurance or Financial Services experience is advantageous.
  • Understanding of Pensions Claims processes and systems is ideal.
  • Regulatory requirements; including conduct risk, money laundering, financial crime and Data Protection.
  • Relevant product knowledge is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to effectively prioritise workloads and work to critical deadlines.
  • Strong PC skills (e.g. Microsoft office and ability to learn new systems quickly).
