A bit about the job:

You will be joining our new Business Onboarding team. The team is responsible for the installation of a scheme from scheme win to when it is ready to move into the BAU administration team.

You will be checking schemes data and basis in readiness for final repricing within set timescales, understanding challenges as they come about and removing blockages for the team. You will be the first‑point resolution and escalation contact for scheme data, reconciliations and queries.

You’ll be required to challenge processes and help to create solutions. In addition, you will support the onboarding of schemes with our system experts onto the BPA systems whilst supporting a seamless transition to BAU.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Experience with Defined Benefit pensions is essential – i.e., if you are in a DB/BPA administration role and keen for your next career move
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail
• Communication skills
• Time management
• Team collaboration

• Starting salary between c. £34,000 and c. £36,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
