Pensions Regulatory Lead

We’re looking for a Pensions Regulatory Lead to provide expert guidance on regulatory and compliance matters across ALPI. In this role, you’ll use your deep understanding of government regulations and industry standards to help shape policies, monitor developments, and ensure compliance with evolving requirements. You’ll conduct research, deliver training, and provide thought leadership on emerging trends, enabling Aviva to act in good faith towards customers and maintain strong governance. Duties and responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis on regulatory requirements and monitor developments.

  • Develop and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Perform risk assessments, compliance monitoring, and testing activities to identify trends.

  • Review marketing and sales materials for regulatory compliance and provide expert advice.

  • Deliver training and educational programs on compliance and regulatory topics.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.

Skills and experience

  • Deep knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks within financial services.

  • Proven ability to interpret regulations and provide actionable guidance.

  • Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and compliance monitoring.

  • Ability to design and deliver training programs.

  • Experience in policy development and regulatory engagement.

  • Familiarity with compliance monitoring tools and methodologies.

  • Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in regulatory compliance.
