Senior Risk Business Partner – 12-month Fixed Term Contract
Salary circa £75,000

A bit about the job:
You will support the Head of Governance and Assurance and the broader C&M (Customer & Marketing) function to ensure the C&M risk and controls are being delivered into the business in a safe way and in line with the Aviva risk appetite.
This role exists to help us build safe, secure and world class digital and marketing capabilities driving our customer strategy. You’ll make sure we manage our risks well and stay aligned to Aviva’s Risk Management Framework. You’ll partner across C&M, guiding them to manage operational and change delivery risks, across our digital, data and marketing teams confidently. You’ll provide clear insights and assurance to our senior leaders. And you’ll help embed a strong risk culture that supports great customer outcomes.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Detailed understanding of risk management frameworks, risk and control management, and regulations in both a run and change environment within a highly regulated business, ideally within Financial Services.
Ability to provide specialist advice on all aspects of Risk, Control and Governance.
By keeping up with emerging risks, industry trends and regulatory changes, assess their impact and ensure that best practices are embedded in day-to-day operations.
Must be able to evidence strong stakeholder management skills at all levels in a challenge and support capacity, with proven ability to work in complex matrix business structure.
Excellent report writing skills, with previous experience of preparing reports and presentations for Board level review.

Salary circa £75,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
