Personal Injury Multi-Track Litigator – Salary circa £55,000

A bit about the job

When someone has been injured, they need expert support they can trust. That's where you come in. You'll join our Personal Injury team at DLG Legal Services, managing complex and high-value claims while helping clients navigate what can often be a difficult period in their lives. Working alongside experienced colleagues and legal specialists, you'll provide clear advice, negotiate successful outcomes, and represent clients throughout the litigation process. Your work will help deliver great customer experiences while supporting the continued success of our legal services business.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience handling claimant personal injury claims within a busy legal environment, including complex litigation matters with substantive experience of handling cases over a £100,000 in value.
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury law, including the Pre-Action Protocol and Civil Procedure Rules is essential as is knowledge of Judicial College Guidelines, Lawtel or Ogden Tables.
  • Experience managing Employer Liability, Occupier Liability, Public Liability or Road Traffic Accident claims. In addition experience of handling fatal accident would be desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Qualification as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive or equivalent experience.

  • Salary circa £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
