Personal Lines Claims Service, Demand and Opex
Personal Lines Claims Service, Demand and Opex
Salary circa £60000, depending on skills and experience
Are you someone who loves working with data, enjoys collaborating with others, and wants to make a real impact?
If you're passionate about delivering great customer outcomes, driving performance, and influencing senior stakeholders — this could be your next big move.
A bit about the job
Your role is all about helping us understand what’s really going on in Motor, Home and Lifestyle claims — and using that insight to make things better. Working closely with the Personal Lines Performance Lead, you’ll spot patterns, shape smarter decisions, and help us improve how we support our customers.
You’ll do this by forecasting demand, planning resources, building schedules and supporting service delivery — always with a clear view of what ‘good’ looks like. You’ll also help shape recruitment and budget plans, making sure we’ve got the right people in the right place at the right time.
The decisions you make will directly impact how we show up for our customers and how we drive performance. It’s a role that blends leadership, strategy and hands-on delivery — and it’s one where your insight will make a real difference.
Skills and experience we’re looking for
Strong experience in process and financial analysis.
Understanding of insurance systems and how claims impact resource demand and cost.
Ability to think systemically and measure cause and effect.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience managing teams.
