Health Complaints Handler

We’re looking for someone who puts customers first – someone who listens, understands, and takes action when things go wrong. If you’re empathetic, proactive, and ready to make a difference, this could be the role for you.
Our standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part time working).
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, shifts between 08:00 – 18:00
A bit about the job
You’ll manage customer complaints across a range of health-related products. Your role is to investigate what’s gone wrong, speak with customers to understand their concerns, and find the right resolution. You’ll also respond in writing and take calls on a rotating basis. This is a great opportunity to learn, grow, and help us improve how we support our customers.
Skills and experience we’re looking for
Background in health and experience in a customer-facing role
Excellent communication skills and a warm, empathetic phone manner
Ability to assess individual customer experiences and agree fair outcomes, with a passion for driving improvement
Comfortable having sensitive conversations and resolving issues
Strong time management and teamwork skills
