A bit about the job:

You’ll be joining our Finance Technology Platform – a team that plays a vital role in moving data across Aviva for operational and regulatory reporting.

You’ll be the go-to person between business stakeholders and our platform teams, making sure new work is scoped, estimated and handed over smoothly.

You’ll help shape how we engage with the business, spot patterns in demand, and improve how we work.

Your role will be key to making sure our data delivery runs smoothly, and our customers get the service they need.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Brilliant organisational and facilitation skills – you’re confident asking questions and influencing people at all levels

  • Clear and engaging communication, especially when working with business stakeholders

  • Experience using Jira and Microsoft tools

  • Ability to gather and document requirements clearly, spotting risks and opportunities early

  • Experience in project management, Agile or as a Scrum Master.
