As part of our GenAI team, you’ll play a key role in delivering, deploying, and monitoring AI and GenAI solutions that support our Personal Lines and Transformation teams. You’ll lead on developing innovative GenAI applications aligned with our strategy – delivering insights that will transform how we operate today.

Skills and experience we’re looking for
- Are interested in or already working with the latest GenAI practices, including prompt engineering and RAG systems on Azure, with an understanding of Agentic AI – Familiarity of AgentCore would be a big benefit.
- Have software engineering skills such as developing and deploying web-based applications using frameworks such as FastAPI, backend APIs, scalable architecture design. And knowledgeable about containerisation and deployment through DevOps pipelines.
- Ability to support and develop team members while acting as a technical expert, openly sharing ideas, perspectives, and constructive opinions to drive better technical and product outcomes.
- A proactive and solutions‑focused mindset, acting as a driving force for innovation while translating stakeholder requirements into effective GenAI solutions.

- Starting salary £45,000 - £55,000 for National based (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity 10% of annual salary - Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s
