A bit about the job:


You’ll join a high‑performing team delivering one of Aviva’s most strategically significant integration programmes. As the Deployed PMO Lead, you’ll provide the governance, control, and insights that keep a complex, multi‑vendor environment running predictably and transparently. You will be responsible for establishing governance, driving reporting rhythms, ensuring compliance with Avivas Change Framework and Change Management Business Standards while supporting a key strategic workstream. Ultimately, you’ll provide the oversight and foresight needed to give senior leaders confidence in delivery and enable informed decision‑making.

Skills and experience we’re looking for
  • Strong PMO expertise across governance, reporting, financial tracking, dependencies, risks/issues, and change control
  • Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders, with the confidence to challenge and influence using data‑driven insight
  • Excellent understanding of change management tools (e.g., Planview, JIRA)
  • Experience operating within large‑scale transformation, cloud migration, or multi‑vendor delivery environments
  • Ability to lead PMO colleagues and embed a high‑performance, disciplined delivery culture

  • Starting salary c. £75,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
