Pricing Innovation Manager
We’re leading the way in Personal Lines Insurance pricing, and we want you to help us stay ahead! As a Pricing Innovation Manager you’ll join a collaborative team focused on innovation and data-driven decision making. Your work will shape how we use AI and data to deliver fair, accurate pricing for our customers. You’ll drive new projects, from building machine learning models to developing rating factors for the future of insurance. Your ideas will help us deliver value to our customers and keep Aviva at the forefront of the industry.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build transparent machine learning models for Motor and Home Insurance.
- Create new innovative rating factors for the Irish and UK markets.
- Tailor rating approaches for autonomous and electric vehicles.
- Develop new automated optimisers to optimise profit in fair ways.
- Manage new initiatives through all sign-off stages.
Skills & Experiences:
- Previous experience working in Insurance, ideally personal lines is essential.
- Good command of SQL/ Python programming.
- Confident presenting successes to key stakeholders.
- Experience with machine learning techniques.
- Able to develop business cases and secure resources.
- Experience driving change and overcoming resistance to new ways of working.
