This role is perfect for an experienced professional in with-profits management who wants to take ownership of critical reviews and lead a team. If you have a detailed understanding of asset share methodologies and enjoy turning analysis into actionable insights, this could be your next step.

A bit about the job:

You’ll lead and oversee reviews of with-profits business, managing a small team and ensuring analysis aligns with agreed frameworks. Your work will provide clarity on the fairness of asset shares and policy pay outs, helping Aviva make informed decisions that protect customers and maintain trust. You’ll present key findings to stakeholders and guide actions that prevent future issues.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Detailed knowledge and experience of managing with-profits business

• Strong understanding of asset share methodologies and calculations

• Ability to make informed judgments and validate hypotheses through analysis

• Results-focused with a sense of proportionality – knowing what matters most

• Skilled at challenging and reviewing conclusions and communicating clearly

• Salary Circa £95,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
