We’re looking for a BPA Servicing Specialist to join our Customer Experience team at Aviva Life & Pensions Ireland. This role is central to delivering high‑quality administration and support for our new Bulk Purchase Annuity (BPA) product, as we grow in an exciting and rapidly expanding market.

You’ll play a key part in onboarding BPA schemes, running accurate and well‑controlled payroll processes, and supporting members, Trustees, Employers and EBCs. You’ll also work closely with colleagues across Customer Experience, Pricing, Propositions, Actuarial and Finance to ensure smooth, consistent and compliant servicing.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build deep expertise in end‑to‑end BPA operations and help shape a best‑in‑class servicing model from the ground up.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and support BPA scheme onboarding, including data validation, documentation preparation and accurate scheme setup.

  • Deliver day‑to‑day BPA administration such as payroll processing, annuity payments, reconciliations and handling change requests.

  • Manage queries from members and key stakeholders (Trustees, Employers, EBCs), escalating complex cases where needed.

  • Maintain accurate servicing records and systems, contributing to system inputs, testing activity and strong process governance.

  • Meet agreed KPIs and SLAs, escalate risks early and support continuous improvement, audit and risk‑related work.

Skills & Experience

  •  Experience in customer service, pensions administration, payroll or financial operations.

  • Strong attention to detail, with accuracy under time pressure and within defined deadlines.

  • Confident working with data, including validations, reconciliations and structured workflows.

  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with DB pensions, annuity operations, Life400, MegaPay or similar systems is desirable.

  • APA or QFA is required for this role.

This is a Regulated Role and will be subject to enhanced pre-employment screening procedures. There will be an on-going requirement for the role holder to maintain fit and proper status.
