A bit about the job:
This role sits within our supportive and growing Broker Pricing team, focused on delivering high‑quality pricing solutions for our schemes business. You’ll play a key part in shaping pricing strategies by using modelling tools, market insights, and data science techniques to produce analysis‑based recommendations. Working closely with our schemes trading team and our broker partners, you’ll help optimise performance across a diverse set of schemes. This is a role where innovation, curiosity, and strong relationship management all come together to ensure we deliver the best outcomes for our customers and partners.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Strong experience in General Insurance pricing with a track record of analytical problem‑solving
Ability to work independently and manage relationships across multiple teams and seniority levels
Confidence in taking ownership of your workload and delivering high‑quality outputs
Energy, enthusiasm, and drive to support change and continuous improvement
Experience working with brokers and the ability to communicate technical ideas to non‑technical audiences

Starting salary between £45,000 and £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
