A bit about the job:

As a Product Communications Lead, you’ll be accountable for developing and maintaining a compelling suite of customer communications across our Independent Wealth and Retirement (IWR) business. You'll lead a team of 20-25 experts, ensuring our product and service messaging is clear, engaging, and based on customer insight and behavioural science. You’ll manage relationships with stakeholders, oversee regulatory compliance, and use tools like AI and customer testing to transform how we work. Your efforts will be central to delivering clear, consistent communications that lead to good outcomes for our customers.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Experience managing communications in a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to lead strategic change and customer-focused improvements.
• A strong understanding of risk, compliance, and customer experience.
• Knowledge of tools like AI and behavioural science to drive efficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Starting salary between £50,000 and £70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
