Are you someone who excels at assessing risk and making data-driven decisions? Do you have a passion for the intricacies of system support and a sharp eye for detail? If so, this is a great opportunity to join our dedicated Commercial and GCS Transformation team as a Product Owner.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between our underwriting and claims professionals and our vendors, ensuring that our system solutions are robust, efficient, and aligned with our strategic goals. You will play a pivotal role in defining system requirements, prioritizing features, and driving the development of innovative tools.
This is a great job for someone who is already familiar with data warehouses and post-bind systems used to support London Market Insurance processes.
A bit about the job:
We are looking for a System Product Owner to support our Abridge data warehouse and other associated post-bind systems. The Product Owner role sits in the GCS Transformation team within Commercial Underwriting & Global Commercial Specialty. The aim of the role is to represent the voice of the customer by ensuring the system is aligned with our stakeholders needs. The successful candidate must have strong business knowledge and system change management experience.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Proven track record in supporting and enhancing data warehouse platforms, ensuring trusted, accessible data for reporting, analysis and operational decision-making.
- Experience of owning and prioritising system backlogs, roadmaps and requirements to deliver measurable business value.
- Strong background in London Market insurance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, acting as the bridge between business users, technology teams and suppliers.
- Experience of leading system change, feature prioritisation and continuous improvement initiatives

- Starting salary circa £85,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
