A bit about the job:
You’ll lead programmes that shape how we deliver technology change across Aviva.
Your work will help us simplify our estate, improve how we operate and deliver great outcomes for customers.
You’ll join a supportive IT community focused on transformation, innovation and collaboration.
You’ll guide delivery teams, manage risks, and make sure change lands safely and effectively.
Your decisions will help us deliver change with clarity, pace and confidence.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Experience leading complex technology/IT transformation programmes, within large and matrix organisations.
Strong project delivery skills across Agile, Waterfall and DevOps.
Proven ability to manage budgets of minimum £5m, suppliers, stakeholders and resources effectively.
Previous people leadership experience.
Confidence managing risks, controls and programme governance.

Starting salary circa £85,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
