This is a great job for someone who will help build our machine learning model pipelines that support pricing in our Personal Lines business. This is an exciting opportunity to join our high-profile data science team which is helping to shape the future of insurance through cutting-edge analytics.

A bit about the job:
As a key developer within our Data Science team, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and enhancing cutting-edge machine learning pipelines while helping to establish coding best practices across the wider Personal Lines Data Science function. You’ll have the freedom to be creative in designing and delivering innovative solutions, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and unlock value from our extensive data assets.
Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll develop a deep understanding of business challenges and translate them into clearly defined, scoped, and delivered solutions, leveraging the latest data science and machine learning techniques to drive meaningful business outcomes.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Creative thinker/problem solver with strong analytical and numerical ability.
- Strong computer science skills with experience programming in Python and SQL as well as Machine Learning
- Relevant experience of solving complex problems using data science, machine learning.
- You enjoy working in a collaborative environment, working through challenges with colleagues whilst having fun along the way.
- You take pride in your work and delivery quality outputs at every step of a project.

- Starting salary Regional: Circa £40k / London: Circa £50k (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
