Sales Support Adviser – Salary between £26,700 – £27,500 (depending on skills and experience)

This is a great job for someone who thrives on building strong relationships and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. It will suit someone with experience in financial services or platform distribution who enjoys organising activity, supporting sales teams and delivering great service to advisers and customers. 

A bit about the job: 

In this role, you will support our Intermediary Sales teams across Aviva Wrap and SIPP, helping them stay focused on delivering new business and building strong relationships. Working closely with Business Development Managers and key stakeholders, the focus is on providing effective pre‑sales and post‑sales support that keeps activity moving. A key part of the role involves building and maintaining trusted connections with financial advisers and distributor contacts, helping to progress opportunities and strengthen collaboration. There is also a strong operational element, including tracking new business, supporting deal processes, and making sure activity aligns with regulatory standards. Success in this role comes from staying organised, being proactive, and spotting opportunities where others might not – all while delivering a consistent, high‑quality experience for customers and colleagues. 

Skills and experience we’re looking for:  

• Experience in financial services, ideally within platform distribution or adviser support is beneficial  

• Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines 

• Confident communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels internally and externally 

• A proactive approach, with the ability to analyse data, spot opportunities and support business growth 

• A strong focus on customer outcomes, with an understanding of regulatory standards and delivering good customer experience

• Starting salary between £26,700 – £27,500 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
