Aviva is seeking a Senior Advisor Proposition Manager to join its Wealth business.

Aviva has an award‑winning, adviser‑focused business that helps customers take control of their financial future when taking financial advice. The business offers a broad range of products including IPP, SIPP (accumulation and drawdown), GIA, ISA and Bonds. With c.£69bn assets under administration, Aviva has a substantial customer base alongside ambitious growth plans. This role is therefore critical to strengthening Aviva’s market position and delivering a best‑in‑class adviser proposition, supporting our ambition to be the number one adviser platform in the UK.

 A bit about the job:

As a proposition development lead you will drive the end‑to‑end design and delivery of innovative adviser platform capabilities. You’ll shape and articulate a compelling advised offer, underpinned by strong market insight and clear commercial rationale, engaging senior stakeholders and external partners to build buy‑in. The role combines all elements of the proposition development cycle from discovery, business case building, requirements gathering through to delivery and take to market plans, all the while ensuring robust governance, effective risk management, and delivery of value for advisers and their customers.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Deep technical expertise and understanding of tax efficient products, including Pensions, ISAs and Bonds.
• A strong understanding of UK financial services regulatory framework including consumer duty, and regulations governing tax efficient products.
• Significant experience in proposition development within financial services, including knowledge of the market, products and our competitors and experience in developing strong business cases.
• Ability to define and communicate new ideas, develop complex requirements and undertake robust risk assessment as part of the process.
• Leadership skills including strong communication and influencing skills, stakeholder management, collaborating and delivering through other teams.

• Salary circa £75,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
