Senior Business Analyst (Cyber Security) – Salary £55k-65k (National), c£75k (London)

A bit about the job:

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Global Cyber Change team. You’ll help shape and scope projects that improve Aviva’s cyber security capabilities across global markets. Your work will support the development of secure, standardised tools and services that protect our customers, employees, and data. You’ll be part of a collaborative team delivering change that matters. This role is visible to senior leadership and offers real impact.

  • Analyse business needs and develop optimised, deliverable solutions.

  • Ensure alignment with customer needs, architecture, and benefit assumptions.

  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Support the development of business cases and project governance.

  • Contribute to the BA Practice and promote best practices.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in business analysis within large organisations.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of Agile and waterfall methodologies.

  • Understanding of requirements engineering and change frameworks.

  • Ability to balance time, cost, and quality in solution delivery.

  • Starting salary £55k-65k (National), c£75k (London) (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
