Senior Business Analyst – Salary Circa £47,000

A bit about the job:

This role sits within the Investments Change team and focuses on supporting change delivery across investment finance operations. You’ll analyse business processes, gather and document requirements, and help deliver improvements that enhance efficiency, data quality and regulatory compliance.

Working closely with stakeholders across Back Office, Middle Office, Finance, Technology and external vendors, you’ll act as a key link between business and technical teams. You’ll support end-to-end change delivery, helping to shape solutions, track progress and ensure initiatives align to strategic objectives.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Experience in business analysis, change delivery or project support within investment, finance or operations environments

• Strong ability to gather, document and translate business requirements into clear solutions (e.g. user stories, process flows)

• Good understanding of investment operations processes such as trade lifecycle, reconciliations, or reporting

• Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business and technology teams

• Analytical mindset with experience identifying process improvements and driving efficiencies

• Salary Circa £47,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
