Location: Home based - with regular national travel

Salary: circa £75,000 - £90,000 depending on experience

This is a great role for someone who loves turning complex pensions information into clear, engaging stories that help people feel confident. You might be ready for a step up, or already experienced in pensions communications. Either way, you enjoy shaping messages that land well, spark interest, and help large corporate clients and their members make good decisions. If you like working with partners, solving problems and creating thoughtful communications, this could be a great match for you. This role requires regular travel.

A bit about the job:

This role helps shape clear and meaningful pensions communications for some of our largest corporate clients. It plays a key part in helping members understand their pensions and feel confident about their financial future. The team you’ll join is supportive, collaborative and focused on improving engagement across our workplace business. Partnerships with our strategic partners are central, and the role guides how we design and deliver communication propositions. Accountability sits with you to create engaging, accessible content that supports better outcomes for clients and members.

Please note that regular nationwide travel is required for this role, for which a company car will be provided.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in pensions market with experience of communications and engagement.
• Ability to work closely with large corporate clients and strategic partners.
• Confident presenter who can engage different audiences.
• Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experienced in creating promotional or educational materials.

Due to this being a role in scope for Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) it is a prerequisite that you are not currently bankrupt and do not have an unspent conviction for a serious criminal offence, in applying for this role you are certifying that you satisfy both of these requirements.
