A bit about the job
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering some of Aviva’s most innovative and fast‑moving programmes. You’ll join a collaborative change team with a strong purpose: shaping and delivering projects that transform how we operate and how our customers experience Aviva. You’ll take ownership of end‑to‑end delivery, managing budgets of around £1–3 million and ensuring outcomes are achieved safely, efficiently, and transparently. This role exists to bring structure, momentum and clarity to complex initiatives—ultimately helping Aviva deliver high‑profile, high‑value change.
Skills and experience we’re looking for
- Experience delivering Digital, Data, Generative AI or Infrastructure projects
- A proven track record in project management or a comparable delivery role
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders
- Solid understanding of agile approaches and delivery tools
- Ability to motivate teams, create clarity, and drive delivery momentum

- Salary: Circa £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity 10% of annual salary - Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s
