Senior QE Manager

Starting Salary: c. £65,000 Depending on skills and experience

Locations: Bristol, York, Norwich or Perth with 50% office attendance

You’ll join our technology team, where quality engineering is central to delivering reliable, resilient, and customer-focused digital services.

As a Senior QE Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team of quality engineers, ensuring robust testing strategies are embedded across the delivery lifecycle. You’ll partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to drive a quality-first mindset and continuously improve tooling, automation and ways of working.

You’ll be accountable for defining and delivering the QE strategy, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes and supporting the successful delivery of key business initiatives.

• Strong experience in quality engineering, testing or QE leadership roles
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
• Experience with modern testing approaches, including automation and CI/CD integration
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and embed quality-first practices
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to improve quality outcomes

• Starting salary c. £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
