Senior SEO Executive
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about helping people find what they need online. You’ll lead our SEO roadmap for Aviva.ie, making sure we show up in all the right places—search engines, answer engines, and new AI-powered platforms. You’ll join a friendly, collaborative digital team that values fresh ideas and customer focus. Your work will help people find the insurance and financial support they need, when they need it. You’ll be accountable for driving organic growth and making our content clear, relevant, and accessible.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute our SEO strategy and roadmap to grow organic traffic and improve search rankings working with digital, marketing and UX teams.
- Optimise our content for search engines, answer engines, and generative AI platforms.
- Drive direct off-page optimisation projects (e.g. link building) bespoke to Aviva.ie
- Carry out regular SEO audits and implement technical improvements.
- Guide and support colleagues on SEO best practice.
Skills & Experiences
- Proven experience in SEO strategy execution.
- Skilled in using SEO tools (like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console).
- Great communicator who can work with different teams.
- Analytical thinker who enjoys using data to make decisions.
- Knowledge of AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation), GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation), or financial services is a plus.
