Senior Wealth Propositions Lead – Salary National circa £75,000/London circa £85,000 London (DOE)

This is a pivotal role in steering our strategy, building market-leading propositions, and optimising trading opportunities to grow Aviva’s market position. A bit about the job 

 
The Senior Proposition Lead will shape and deliver high-quality, innovative customer propositions focused on Aviva’s wealth opportunities. You’ll lead and support the design and development of solutions that help customers make informed financial decisions and deliver capabilities for Aviva’s Wealth channels. This includes ensuring propositions are clear, accessible, and aligned with regulatory standards and Consumer Duty principles. 

Working closely with delivery teams and technical experts, you’ll ensure our propositions meet customer needs and business objectives, appropriately blending technology with human expertise to deliver exceptional outcomes. You’ll collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to maximise opportunities, monitor market trends and regulatory developments, and continuously improve performance to maintain Aviva’s market-leading position. 

Skills and experience we’re looking For 

• Highly innovative thinker with strong leadership skills. 

• Excellent technical knowledge and communication ability. 

• Experience in translating complex business opportunities into clear market solutions. 

• Ability to influence stakeholders and gain buy-in for strategic initiatives. 

• Deep understanding of the UK wealth market, customer needs, and regulatory landscape.

• Salary National circa £75,000/London circa £85,000 London (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
