A bit about the job:
You’ll join our Digital Development Team, working across Aviva’s digital platforms to create new customer experiences and improve existing ones.
We work in agile scrum teams, delivering small, value-driven enhancements that make a big impact.
You’ll help shape our engineering practices, improve speed to market, and support the transformation of how we build and deliver software.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Hands-on experience with .NET MVC, .NET Core, and C# (3+ years)
Comfortable working in agile teams – writing user stories, sizing, and sprint planning
Strong understanding of modern engineering practices like TDD, BDD, CI/CD
Ability to shape product backlogs and assess technical impact of new initiatives
Confident in design/code reviews and sharing best practices across teams

Salary: Norwich circa £50K, London Circa £65K (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
