The role offers significant exposure across our business and the opportunity to influence a strategic initiative with meaningful commercial and operational benefits.

Experience working on complex cross-functional change initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a range of audiences.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, challenge constructively and drive progress in ambiguous environments.
Desirable experience
Experience of insurance investment or asset management, annuity portfolios or Matching Adjustment portfolios.
Knowledge of Solvency II, structured products, funded reinsurance or collateral optimisation solutions.
Experience engaging with custodians, asset servicers, investment operations teams or external structuring providers.
