A bit about the job:

The Broker Strategic Accounts team is responsible for managing Aviva’s relationships with our largest and most complex broker partners. Your role will be to support the Head of Broker Strategic Accounts, helping to identify and execute on opportunities for growth and shape our distribution strategy. You will play a key part in ensuring our internal teams are aligned and working together effectively to deliver on strategic plans, ultimately driving profitable growth and helping Aviva navigate a changing market.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• The ability to build and maintain positive relationships and influence people across different teams.
• A decisive and proactive approach to problem-solving, taking ownership of initiatives from start to finish.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with a range of internal and external partners.
• Self-motivation and the willingness to learn.
• Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is beneficial.

• Starting salary circa £47,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
