This role is perfect for someone with strong IT and cyber risk experience who’s ready to work closely with senior leaders and delivery teams. You’ll provide oversight and challenge across a £multimillion transformation programme, helping to build resilient systems and shape strategic decisions.

If you’ve worked on operational or transformation programmes, including data migration in financial services and enjoy engaging with senior stakeholders, this could be your next big move.

A bit about the job:

This role brings real value by protecting our customers, our business, and our reputation. You’ll be part of the Technology and Transformation Risk team, making a difference every day.

The programme spans multiple markets and functions offering a rich learning environment with real-world challenges in technical architecture, shadow IT, and resilience.

In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to explore and assess emerging risks, helping to ensure that our strategies are not only robust for today but also resilient for tomorrow. By identifying and addressing future threats, you’ll play a key role in future-proofing Aviva, enabling us to stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Deep expertise in IT and Cyber risk within financial services, working in a Three Lines of Defence environment; with 1st line experience being essential and 2nd line exposure considered desirable.
