An opportunity has just become available for a highly motivated and experienced Strategy and Governance Manager to join our dynamic Sales team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, ensuring governance standards, and driving operational excellence within the Sales Function. Applicants can come from multiple industries but exposure to consultancy-based work is needed for this position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives while collaborating with the Director of Sales to identify growth opportunities and optimise sales strategy and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with governance policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of integrity and accountability.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions while leading cross-functional projects to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive continuous improvement while providing strategic guidance and support to the Sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Global Business, or a related field; MBA or accountancy qualification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
