Supplier Regulatory Lead

As a Supplier Regulatory Lead, you’ll be responsible for overseeing key aspects of Aviva’s technology supply chain, including procurement, supplier performance, and regulatory compliance. This role is central to ensuring continuity, efficiency, and value across our IT operations. You’ll lead supplier selection and negotiations, manage contracts, and drive performance improvements — all while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners. You’ll also support junior team members and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery and customer outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement activities including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

  • Monitor and analyse supply chain performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Act as a point of escalation and provide guidance to junior team members

  • Produce reports and presentations for senior stakeholders and business leaders

Skills & Experiences:

  • Strong experience in procurement and contract management within IT or related sectors

  • Proven ability to analyse performance metrics and implement process improvements

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external suppliers

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards
