A bit about the job:
At its core, this role is about helping advisers navigate an increasingly complex regulatory and technical landscape with confidence.
You’ll collaborate across distribution, marketing and technical teams to design and deliver high-quality learning, technical consultancy and thought leadership content. Whether through webinars, face-to-face sessions or written content, you’ll bring technical topics to life in a way that is practical, engaging and actionable.
You’ll stay close to legislative and market developments, identifying emerging themes and shaping timely, relevant content that meets adviser needs.
As part of the Wealth technical function, you’ll build strong relationships with external advisers and internal staff, becoming a trusted partner they turn to for clarity, insight and support.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong pensions investments, tax or trust knowledge, with Diploma-level qualification essential. Chartered/STEP or Tax qualifications level desirable.
- Proven experience delivering technical support and training to regulated advice firms.
- Confident presenter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex topics in everyday language, making them clear and actionable.
- Comfortable working within risk frameworks and maintaining accurate records.

- Starting salary from £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
