Technology Operations and Services Associate
We’re looking for someone to join us on a fixed term contract who’s passionate about building strong supplier relationships and making sure things run smoothly. You’ll join our IT Strategy & Governance team, where we focus on performance, compliance, and value for money. You’ll help us manage supplier contracts, track performance, and spot opportunities to improve. It’s a role that blends analysis, collaboration, and governance. And it’s your chance to make a real difference in how we work with our partners.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support supplier governance, including quarterly reviews and performance tracking.
- Monitor supplier spend and help identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Analyse supplier data to spot trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Help refine processes and ensure contract compliance.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive performance.
Skills & Experiences
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in reporting and dashboards.
- Knowledge of supplier governance frameworks and relevant regulations (e.g. CP138, CP140, DORA).
- Ability to analyse and interpret supplier data with attention to detail.
- Experience in IT, procurement, or financial services is a plus.
