After a period of strong and profitable growth, we are looking to expand our telematics team by recruiting for a new Telematics Senior Pricing Manager. It’s an exciting time to come to join the Aviva team and help drive our telematics offering forward. Helping to lead the transition from traditional risk factors to increasingly personalised customer-level risk data provides an exciting opportunity to be part of the evolution of insurance pricing.
In this role, you will lead a team responsible for developing and delivering advanced pricing models that support profitability, customer value and growth.
You will also contribute to broader proposition development, help manage key external relationships and support the development of new pricing technology and capability across the business.

It would suit someone with strong experience in telematics pricing or data science who is ready to take ownership of our pricing capability and influence the direction of a growing portfolio. If you enjoy leading people, guiding technical work, shaping pricing strategy, and working with senior stakeholders, this could be the perfect next step.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong technical expertise in pricing, modelling, algorithms or data science.
- Ability to design, deliver and challenge complex pricing models and structures.
- Experience influencing and communicating with senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to identify opportunities, risks and emerging trends.
- Experience of the UK car insurance market.
