Transformation Analyst

12 Month Fixed Term Contract - Starting Salary is £26,700

Location: Norwich with 50% office attendance

This is a great job for someone who is looking to gain valuable experience in transformation, portfolio management and governance within a large, complex organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, reporting and project support activities, has strong attention to detail and is keen to build their skills and broaden their experience in a fast-paced transformation environment. Experience with Microsoft applications is essential and exposure to Planview would be beneficial.

A bit about the job:

As a Transformation Analyst, you'll support the delivery of transformation initiatives across the business by helping to maintain strong portfolio management and governance processes. You'll assist with project planning, reporting, documentation, and change activities, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and aligned with internal policies and standards. Working closely with project teams and stakeholders, you'll help track progress, prepare management information, support governance activities, and contribute to the successful delivery of transformation outcomes. You'll also support reporting and analysis that enables informed decision-making across the portfolio.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Experience using Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, and other Microsoft tools.
• Ability to collect, analyse and present data to support reporting and decision-making.
• An interest in transformation, portfolio management, governance and project delivery.
• Experience with Planview is desirable but not essential.

• Starting salary £26,700 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
