A bit about the job:
As a Transformation Lead, you’ll help deliver Aviva’s UK IT Simplification strategy. That means reducing the number of IT applications, modernising our estate, and driving efficiencies across the business.
You’ll work closely with CIO teams and business stakeholders to shape new initiatives that simplify processes for our customer-facing colleagues—so they can focus on delivering great outcomes.
You’ll lead a portfolio of change initiatives, providing challenge, support, and assurance from start to finish.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Proven strategic leadership, with strong planning and execution capabilities.
- Experience in leading a portfolio of multiple, complex, high-value change and transformation programmes, with a strong understanding of portfolio performance management and change governance practices.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to challenge business cases, with a focus on outcomes and benefits.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience of reporting progress to senior stakeholders, including ExCo and Board level.
- Highly personable, with a range of influencing skills and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation.

- Starting salary circa £80,000 (National) / circa £90,000 (London) (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
