As our new Account Manager for the South East region, you’ll be the face of Aviva to a panel of brokers—building strong partnerships, delivering on sales targets, and helping us grow in a competitive market. This is a role for someone who thrives on relationships, understands the broker landscape, and knows how to turn insight into action.
Duties & Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with a panel of brokers delivering agreed sales targets across product lines.
Understand broker and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and support.
Develop new broker relationships to expand Aviva’s footprint in the region.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless broker experience.
Champion a culture of professionalism, productivity, and customer focus.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory and data protection requirements.
Skills & Experiences
QFA qualified (RPA or SIA desirable).
Strong knowledge of the Irish Life & Pensions market and Aviva’s product suite.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage broker relationships and resolve complex issues.
Financial and commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset.
Experience working within governance and risk frameworks.
