A bit about the job:

You’ll be joining our Intermediated Sales Support team, supporting financial advisers and helping them navigate our Adviser Platform. Your role exists to ensure smooth, proactive case management and excellent customer outcomes. You’ll work closely with other teams across Aviva to resolve queries and build technical knowledge. You’ll be accountable for managing your own caseload and escalating complex issues when needed. Ultimately, you’ll help us deliver great service and support customers in achieving their financial goals.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Experience working in a fast-paced, large-scale organisation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage your own caseload and prioritise effectively.
• Quick learner with the ability to explain technical scenarios to financial advisers.

• Salary circa £26,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
