A bit about the job:

You'll join our expanding Bulk Purchase Annuity (BPA) team in Norwich, where we work closely with trustees and employers of Defined Benefit pension schemes to help manage pension risk and deliver excellent customer outcomes.

In this role, you'll support the onboarding of new pension schemes onto our administration platform, ensuring schemes are accurately prepared for finalisation. Working closely with implementation managers, consultants and trustees, you'll help coordinate activities across internal and external stakeholders while keeping delivery on track against agreed milestones. You'll play a key role in building and testing scheme data, supporting system enhancements and identifying opportunities to improve how we work, helping to deliver an efficient and seamless onboarding experience for our clients.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to accurately interpret and work with large data sets.
• A keen interest in developing knowledge of Defined Benefit pension scheme structures and benefits.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyse data and identify solutions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to work with a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Starting salary c. £28,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
