A bit about the job:

We’re looking for a Senior Claims Adjuster to join our Financial Lines and Cyber Claims team. You’ll manage high-value and complex claims, working closely with corporate clients and internal stakeholders. This role brings strategic value to Aviva by ensuring high-quality claims outcomes and supporting the development of others in the team. You’ll be part of a collaborative, UK-wide group of experienced professionals. As the team grows, so will your opportunity to shape its direction.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Strong knowledge of claims handling, quality assurance, fraud, and relevant legislation.

• Proven experience managing complex Crime and/or Cyber claims.

• Experience in London Market Financial Institutions (FI) claims is desirable.

• Commercial mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.

• ACII, CILA, or legal qualifications are preferred but not essential.
