A bit about the job:

This role focuses on managing a portfolio of medium to large corporate pension clients and supporting them in achieving their long‑term goals. It plays a key part in strengthening our client partnerships and contributing to our One Aviva approach through collaboration and well‑timed referrals. The Client Relationship Management team works across workplace savings to provide insight, guidance and trusted expertise. Clear and actionable strategies will be needed to protect and grow the client base while delivering consistently positive outcomes. Accountability for client profitability, relationship quality and strategic delivery sits at the heart of this position

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Strong relationship and networking skills across a range of stakeholders with experience pitching to both new and existing clients.
• Experience in relationship management is essential with managing a client portfolio in a pensions or financial environment preferable.
• Confident communication skills — written, verbal and presentational.
• Analytical mindset to spot opportunities and support decisions with insight.
• Ability to manage your workload, prioritise tasks and deliver results.

• Starting salary from £35,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
