A bit about the job: 

We're looking for a Content and Workflow Specialist to help shape how content moves across Aviva. You'll support and develop our Adobe Workfront and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, helping colleagues plan, create, review and deliver content more efficiently. 

Working as part of our Customer & Marketing function, you'll be the go-to specialist for platform support, configuration and workflow improvements. You'll work closely with business teams, technology colleagues and external partners to identify opportunities for automation, improve user experiences and make sure our platforms remain effective, governed and aligned to business needs.

Skills and experience we're looking for: 

• Experience administering, configuring or supporting enterprise SaaS platforms such as Adobe Workfront, Adobe DAM, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Jira or similar solutions. 

• Strong understanding of workflow management, business process improvement, governance and operational excellence. 

• Experience translating business requirements into practical platform, process or workflow solutions that deliver measurable business value. 

• Proven ability to support users, troubleshoot platform issues and work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to resolve challenges. 

• Knowledge of marketing operations, content management, digital asset management or automation, with an interest in continuous improvement and emerging technologies.

• Starting salary £50K -£55K (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
